Tell me what you need.
Write it the way you would say it out loud. You do not have to know what the work is called, or whether it is a website problem or a search problem — working that out is the first thing I would do anyway.
What happens next
- 01 I read it. Not an assistant, not a form router.
- 02 I reply within a few business days, from my own address.
- 03 If it looks like something I can help with, we talk for twenty minutes.
No newsletter, no sales sequence, no account to make. If I am not the right person for it I will say so and that is the end of it.
That’s with me.
I read everything that comes through here myself, and I’ll reply within a few business days from my own address. If it turns out I’m not the right person for it, I’ll tell you that plainly rather than sell you something else.

Everything I build starts on paper, in a conversation about what the job actually is. This is the first half of that.
